At Rupashi, we ensure the best quality handcrafted products. However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items should not show any signs of wear or damage (apart from the reported defect).
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact our customer support team email us info@rupashi.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
Return Shipping:
- In the case of a damaged or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective
